The Annual General Meeting of the Members’ Club will be held in The Hampshire Suite at The Rose Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton on Monday April 23rd 2007 at 5.30pm – to be followed by a Members’ Forum.

AGENDA

1. Approve the Minutes of the 2006 Annual General Meeting.
2. Matters arising from the 2006 Annual General Meeting.
3. Chairman’s address.
   • Presentations by Area Committee Chairmen.
4. To elect the following:
   • Patron - Committee nomination - Wilfrid Weld
   • President - Committee nomination - Barry Richards
   • Vice Presidents
5. To announce the names of the members elected to the committee following the postal ballot.
6. Trustees of the Club – Following the retirement of M Le Bas and C Laine as trustees of the Special Share the committee nominate R Cook and R Treherne as their replacement.
7. Presentation of Testimonial cheque to Tony Middleton.
8. Presentation by Glenn Delve.
9. Any other Business.

The minutes of the 2006 Annual General Meeting and draft of the new Constitution and Rules will be available for inspection at The Rose Bowl during normal office hours from March 26th – April 20th and for 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting.
