AGM of Members' Club Monday 14th April

HAMPSHIRE CRICKET AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Members’ Club will be held in The Hampshire Suite at The Rose Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton on Monday April 14th 2008 at 5.30pm – to be followed by a Members’ Forum.

N.B. Members do not require membership cards to attend the AGM     

AGENDA

1. Approve the Minutes of the 2007 Annual General Meeting.

2. Matters arising from the 2007 Annual General Meeting.

3. Chairman’s address.

4. To elect the following:

• Patron     - Committee Nomination - Wilfrid Weld
• President - Committee Nomination - Barry Richards
• Vice Presidents   

5. To announce the names of the members elected to the committee following the postal ballot.

6. Presentation of Beneficiary’s cheque to Dimitri Mascarenhas.

7. Presentations:

• By Area Committee Chairmen
• To Barry Reed and Terry Trodd

8. Presentation by Glenn Delve.

9. Any other Business.

The minutes of the 2007 Annual General Meeting and a copy of the Constitution and Rules will be available for inspection at The Rose Bowl during normal office hours from March 17th – April 11th and for 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting.
