Hampshire’s final home match of the season was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
The Hampshire Hawks faced the Worcestershire Royals in the NatWest Pro40.
Heavy rain during the night continued throughout the morning resulting in the match being abandoned.
Match Umpires John Holder and Trevor Jesty made the decision at 1:00pm following their final inspection.
Both teams leave with one point each.
Hampshire’s next match is against Surrey in the LV County Championship at The Brit Oval, starting on Tuesday 9th September.
