Name The New Rose Bowl Stands!
We need you to help us christen our new stands.
You will have noticed the huge new stands being erected around the Rose Bowl. The structures will increase the ground’s capacity to 25,000 spectators for all our big Hampshire and England matches, including the Friends Provident t20 Final on 14th August and England v Australia on the 22nd June (buy tickets here)
Currently referred to simply as the East Stand and West Stand, we decided that such impressive structures deserve much more impressive names...and that’s where you come in!
We at the Rose Bowl would like you – the fans – to suggest legendary Hampshire cricketers to name the new stands after. Once the stands are named your suggestions will also be used to christen other facilities such as the Media Centre.
To join in, simply visit our Facebook fanpage by clicking here and add your suggestions to the post. Alternately, you can fill in a slip (available at The Rose Bowl reception in the Atrium) and place your vote in the ballot box and, who knows, you may play a part in naming the new Rose Bowl stands!
