Park and Ride available free to Hampshire Car Parking Season Ticket Holders

PARK & RIDE FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR ALL HAMPSHIRE CAR PARKING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS FOR SUNDAY’S PRO 40 MATCH AT THE ROSE BOWL

Due to the recent wet weather there is very limited car parking available at The Rose Bowl.  Subsequently grass car parking is unsuitable for vechicle movement.  Hampshire Cricket has organised for a Park and Ride facility to be available for all spectators attending the Pro 40 match on Sunday 29th July against the Essex Eagles.

This will be situated close to Junction 8 of the M27 and spectators are advised to follow the signs after exiting the motorway at Junction 8.

Usage will be free for Hampshire Car Parking Season Ticket Holders and will cost £7 per vehicle for all other spectators. The Park & Ride will operate from 11.30am on Sunday until approximately one hour after the close of play.

The persistent rain this week has left most of the grass areas at The Rose Bowl waterlogged and  it is likely that most of the grass car parks will  be still unusable on Sunday.  Disabled “Blue badge” holders will be accommodated on the limited tarmac car parking available on-site.

Hampshire Cricket apologises for the inconvenience this causes our members and spectators.
