Terms and conditions for the sale and distribution of ODI tickets

- A maximum of 6 tickets per household/person is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies.
- Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.
- Payment may be made using a Credit Card or Debit Card. The name and address to which the card is registered must be supplied. Cheques will not be accepted unless written and presented in person at The Rose Bowl Ticket Office.
- No exchanges are made or refunds given other than those covered under the Refund Scheme.
- If the tickets you have requested are unavailable we will automatically allocate alternative tickets for the same day at an equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
- Duplicate and upgraded tickets, if arranged, will attract an administration charge of £5.00 per ticket in addition to any upgrade fee. Duplicates and upgrades can be issued only with direct authorisation from the original purchaser, either in person or in writing.
- Tickets purchased are strictly not transferable and are for the sole use of the purchaser. No applicant shall re-sell any ticket or tickets for an amount of money greater than the value printed on each ticket. The named purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalised if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions.
- Rose Bowl plc reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), including, if necessary, ejecting the holder of the unlawful ticket from the stadium after they have entered the ground.
- Customers who purchase online or who provide an email address will be sent by email, confirmation that their application has been successful. Customers who submit postal applications and who do not provide an email address will receive confirmation by post.
- If you have not heard from us by Friday 7th August 2009, please assume that your
application has not been successful; however, as some tickets may be declined
and returned, we may be able to offer you tickets at a later stage. - Please note that the use of any cameras, mobile phones, computers and other electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match details, statistics, images etc., is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All spectators may be subjected to a personal bag search as no alcohol, glass bottles or containers, musical instruments, horns, cans or offensive weapons will be allowed into the ground. Foul or abusive language or behaviour, entry onto the field of play at any time and the throwing of any article will not be tolerated and The Rose Bowl reserves the right to eject spectators who are in breach of these regulations. - The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the ground regulations at all times. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without notification if in the past you have defaulted on any payments or contravened any of these conditions.
NatWest Series One Day International – Refund Scheme
If, due to adverse weather conditions, 10 overs or less play takes place over the full period of time allocated for the completion of this match and no result is achieved, a refund of its face value (less £1.40 administration charge per application) may be obtained.
If, due to adverse weather conditions, more than 10 but less than 25 overs play takes place over the full period of time allocated for the completion of the match and no result is achieved, a refund of half the face value (less £1.40 administration charge per application) may be obtained. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Claims for refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application. This will be deducted from your cheque therefore do not send any payment with your application. To claim your refund simply send your ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P915, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. There is no need to include an envelope.
