The stunning architecture of The Rose Bowl makes it an impressive venue for any corporate event. The ground is easily accessible from the M27 and has a number of different suites available, giving you maximum flexibility. The venue has a wonderfully laid back atmosphere, while behind the scenes our professional conference team work hard to ensure that your event is a complete success.

The Robin Smith Suite
This light, airy, first floor room is the largest available inside the Pavilion and has stunning views of the pitch. The room has played host to wine tastings, exhibitions, conferences and business breakfasts.

Hambledon Suites
The Hambledon Suites are two rooms on the ground floor of the Pavilion which can be joined to make a single larger venue. Again, the views of the pitch are impressive, but the whole feeling of the Hambledons is more intimate, making them suitable for smaller seminars, meetings and business breakfasts or lunches.

The Hampshire Suite
The Hampshire Suite is the largest of The Rose Bowl’s corporate venues and is a permanent structured fully self-contained marquee. This is an ideal venue for presentation evenings, award ceremonies and exhibitions. The area around the Hampshire Suite allows maximum flexibility enabling additional marquees to be added for larger events.

The Conference Centre
The new facility is made up of three rooms. The Richards Room, The Greenidge Suite and The Connors Suite. These air-conditioned rooms are purpose built for meetings and smaller conferences and boast all the latest technology, including built in data projectors and wireless internet. Local businesses frequently use the Conference Centre for board meetings, training courses and away days.
The Atrium
The Atrium is the heart of The Rose Bowl and is not available for private hire. However it is an excellent place for public exhibitions, and conference delegates are most welcome to use its comfortable sofas and café style tables as break out areas, or simply as somewhere to relax away from the main event.
