Improve through a range of motion assessment!

The majority of swing faults are caused by biomechanical limitations. For example a golfer who has a short tight pectoral minor, (chest), on the right side, will have a tendency to close the clubface on the takeaway. Pin pointing these faults through a range of motion assessment and correcting them through simple exercises will improve the golfer's physical ability to swing the club well.

A range of motion assessment, with computer analysis makes the quality of my lessons second to none. The range of motion assessment is very comprehensive and involves, neck, shoulders, spine, torso, hips and legs. Key stretches given for golf improvement. This will take approx 1 1/2 hours.

A full assessment is a must for the serious golfer who is willing to devote time to exercise. Flexibility, abdominal strength and co-ordination, core strength and balance are assessed. The golfer will be started on a conditioning program that will aim to restore muscle balance and flexibility for improved swing mechanics. More consistency, from greater strength and endurance in the body's main stabilizers. More power with less risk of injury. Allow 2-2 1/2 hours.
