Membership Terms and Conditions
Car Parking
Car Park Season passes are available from the Membership & Ticket Office at The Rose Bowl at a cost of £85.00.
Car Park passes must be displayed at all times by hanging on the rear view mirror, coloured side facing the windscreen, at all times when attending cricket matches at The Rose Bowl. Please take care of your Car Park pass as duplicate passes will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and charges will apply.
We reserve the right to change the specific location of the season ticket holders’ car park. All on-site parking is subject to availability.
Hampshire Cricket reserves the right to close any part of the ground if required for reason of health and safety, operational necessity or any other purpose.
Membership Cards
Members are required to use the same Membership Card each year. Please note that Membership Cards are activated each year when Membership subscriptions are renewed in full.
Duplicate Membership Cards can be applied for in writing to the Membership & Ticket Office specifying the circumstances of the loss. The Club reserves the right to decline the request and a £10.00 duplicate fee will be charged.
You will be asked to swipe your Membership Card at the turnstiles to enter the ground during Hampshire home matches afforded to your category of Membership. Please note that Membership cards are non-transferable and will be confiscated if presented by anyone other than the registered holder in order to gain admission.
We ask that your Membership card is visible to stewards at all times when you attend Hampshire matches at The Rose Bowl.
During International matches held at The Rose Bowl Hampshire Members will be required to purchase a valid Members Area seat ticket in Block W, X, A or B to gain entry to the ground, Atrium and Members’ Pavilion. Membership Cards will not be valid to access the ground and Members’ areas during International matches.
Membership Card Holders - Members who have mislaid their original card holder may collect a new one from the Membership & Ticket Office at The Rose Bowl free of charge.
Hampshire Lanyards - Hampshire Cricket lanyards can be purchased on match days during the season from The Hampshire shop.
Change of Address
Members must keep the Membership Office informed of any changes that may occur in their permanent address.
Reciprocal Agreements
All Hampshire Members are entitled to watch Championship Cricket free of charge at Essex, Kent and Sussex with the exception of games involving Hampshire (when usual ground entry fees and membership privileges apply).
Membership cards will usually allow Membership privileges in any ground when Hampshire is playing away from home in a County Championship or 40-over match once the ground entry fee has been paid. Please contact the relevant ground for details.
The Club reserves the right to withdraw Membership at any time should the holder contravene Membership Rules or Ground Regulations which are available from our Membership &Ticket Office or by clicking the link.
