TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS

1. A maximum of 6 tickets per household/person is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies.
2. Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.
3. Tickets shall not be resold or transferred (save as mentioned in (4) below) and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly by the applicant from the ECB, Venue or its authorised agent.  Any tickets advertised for sale will be void.
4. If more than one ticket is issued to an applicant those tickets may be used only by the applicant and the person(s) intending to accompany that applicant to and at the Event.  The provision of such ticket by an applicant to such person without payment shall not contravene (3) above.
5. Tickets are issued subject to Ground Regulations established by the ECB/Venue from time to time and the ECB/Venue shall be entitled to refuse admission to any ticket holder in reasonable circumstances and shall give written reason if requested.  A copy of the full Ground Regulations are available on request.
6. Any ticket obtained in breach of these Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.  Any person seeking to sue a ticket obtained in breach of these Conditions in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at the Event will be a trespasser and will be ejected and liable to legal action.
7. Tickets remain the property of ECB at all times.
8. The ECB reserves the right to change these Conditions from time to time.  Where such change materially affects the rights of the purchaser, the purchaser will have the right to a full refund.
9. Payment may be made using a Credit Card or Debit Card. The name and address to which the card is registered must be supplied. Cheques will not be accepted unless written and presented in person at The Rose Bowl Ticket Office.
10. No exchanges are made or refunds given other than those covered under the Refund Scheme.
11. If the tickets you have requested are unavailable we will automatically allocate alternative tickets for the same day at an equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
12. Duplicate and upgraded tickets, if arranged, will attract an administration charge of £5.00 per ticket in addition to any upgrade fee. Duplicates and upgrades can be issued only with direct authorisation from the original purchaser, either in person or in writing.
