You 'par' what you eat

There is a lot of talk these days about the mental side of golf, but no mention of how diet affects your state of mind.

If you aren't sleeping well, get tired but are unable to relax and your concentration is poor, you're unlikely to be in the right frame of mind to play good golf, no matter how positive you try and stay. Many people don't know how to eat correctly for their body type and have many of the above problems.

Eating according to your metabolic type will do wonders for your frame of mind and energy levels both on and off the course, with the added benefit of helping to reach your ideal weight, without having to skimp too much on food.
