Domestic Refund Policies

LV= County Championship

If fewer than 20 overs of play take place, there is no monetary refund but applications can be made for another ticket for any day of any LV = County Championship match at The Rose Bowl.

Ticket applications can be made ONLY if the orginal ticket for the affected match is returned to The Rose Bowl Ticket Office at the following address:  The Ticket Office, The Rose Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.  In no circumstances will any monetary refund be issued.

Friends Provident t20 

Should the match be abandoned due to adverse weather conditions with fewer than 10 overs having been bowled (unless the match has been completed), a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be offered.  The match will be deemed to have been abandoned when the standing umpires for that match have declared it so (please see Weather Guarantee below).

Clydesdale Bank 40

Should the match be abandoned due to adverse weather conditions and with fewer than 20 overs having been bowled (unless the match has been completed), a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be offered. The match will be deemed to have been abandoned when the standing umpires for that match have declared it so (please see Weather Guarantee below).

WEATHER GUARANTEE

Refunds for Friends Provident t20 group matches and Clydesdale Bank 40 matches will be issued via an automatic reverse card transaction for those paying by debit or credit cards. Although we will endeavour to complete this within 24 hours, please allow 7 working days for this to be actioned.

Refunds for payments made by cash or cheque can be claimed ONLY if the original ticket for the affected match is returned to The Rose Bowl Ticket Office at the following address:  The Ticket Office, The Rose Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.  In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.

Original tickets must be received by the Ticket Office within 28 days of the affected match and refund cheques will be posted within 28 days of the closing date for the receipt of refund applications.

A £2 administration/postage fee will be deducted per refund application made for cash and cheque purchases.  More than one ticket can be refunded per application but the refund will be payable only to the person submitting the refund application.
