AND you will earn interest of 5% per annum on your investment.
Debenture Benefits
A seven year right to purchase a numbered seat at The Rose Bowl for:
- ECB controlled International Matches (Tests, One Day Internationals and International Twenty20 matches)
- ECB controlled Domestic Finals e.g. Twenty20 Finals Day
- All Hampshire’s Twenty20 Cup matches
- NB single Debentures will be allocated to a block of seats rather than a single numbered seat. This is to provide a better opportunity for the seat to be sold on for an individual match should the Debenture holder not take up their option.
- 5% interest on your investment, paid annually in December
- No administration fee applies
- The choice to withdraw your capital or ‘roll it in’ to a subsequent Debenture period after just four years
- Individual and Corporate applications are welcome for up to 10 Rose Bowl Debentures
- We will endeavour to negotiate and then offer to Rose Bowl Debenture holders, a priority booking period to buy the same seat for any other major cricketing events or non-cricketing events held at The Rose Bowl where Rose Bowl plc does not have the necessary rights to offer these tickets.
The Future
The Rose Bowl is being transformed into a world-class Test Match ground and international destination resort at a cost of £48million.
Two new stands will increase permanent capacity for cricket matches from 10,000 to 15,000 and maximum capacity with the inclusion of semi-permanent seats, will increase from 20,000 to 25,000 making The Rose Bowl the second biggest ground in the country after Lord’s.
A 175-bedroom four star result Hotel is being constructed at the northern end of the ground, overlooking the playing surface. The hotel will house a major regional conference facility as well as the Club House for the new 18–hole Golf Course.
To complement the amazing new physical infrastructure, The Rose Bowl is installing best in class systems and processes to ensure spectators and visitors enjoy the highest possible standards of comfort, information and catering. The Rose Bowl will truly be ‘Beyond First Class’.
Major Match Schedule
The Rose Bowl can already confirm a fantastic portfolio of major matches for 2010 to 2016, comprising two Test Matches, eight One Day Internationals, one International Twenty20 and one Twenty20 Finals Day. The full list is as follows:
