Civil Ceremonies

The Rose Bowl is fully licensed to hold civil marriage ceremonies. We offer a choice of three idyllic suites;

• The Hambledon Suite can cater for up to 80 guests
• The Derek Shackleton can cater for up to 100 guests
• The Robin Smith Suite can cater for up to 150 guest
• We include a fresh floral longboat in a variety of colours to Suit your colour scheme, red carpet and private use of the licensed ceremony room

To confirm your ceremony, please provisionally book your date with us at the Rose Bowl, then contact Winchester Registry office on 01962 869608 to confirm availability with the registrar.

Wedding Suites

The Atrium is a beautiful informal space decorated with twinkling lights a wonderful back drop to your first dance or for your arrival drinks reception.

Our Robin Smith Suite is stylish and contemporary boasting panoramic views across the cricket oval. It can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 160 guests for an evening reception.

The Hambledons offer a flexible space with the ability to combine two dining areas for an intimate affair of up to 50 guests. The suite is complemented by an adjacent bar facility and boasts stunning views across the grounds.  

We can offer inclusive wedding packages covering all your requirements, with a beautiful selection of banqueting options to choose from. We are also able to cater for BBQ’s and Hog Roasts for a more informal dining experience to your special day.
