In 2001 Hampshire Cricket broke the mould when it effectively became the first plc in the game. Rose Bowl plc was established to manage all aspects of the stunning new Rose Bowl site, comprising two major trading subsidiaries, Hampshire Cricket Ltd and Rose Bowl Catering Ltd.

Under the leadership of its inspirational Chairman and Chief Executive, Rod Bransgrove, Rose Bowl plc has looked to apply sound commercial principles to the running of what, after all, is a major, high-profile sports and entertainment business.

Cricket remains at the core of our activity although the venue is fast establishing itself as a business and entertainment centre to rival any other.
