Rod Bransgrove, Chairman and Chief Executive, is an experienced manager and builder of successful businesses. He founded Imperial Pharmaceuticals Services Ltd in 1986, which merged with Shire Pharmaceuticals Ltd to form Shire Pharmaceuticals Group plc (“Shire”) in 1995. In 1996, Shire was listed on the London Stock Exchange and now has a market capitalisation value approaching £5Billion. Rod was a Non-Executive Director of Shire between 1995-1998. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Entertainment Rights plc, which is also listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of c£150Million. |

Glenn Delve, Managing Director, joined the Royal Air Force directly from school being Commissioned as an Officer in 1986. Serving as a Navigator, he operated various aircraft types including Phantom, Tornado and Hercules. Resigning his commission in 1997, he bought a retail franchise which he ran for 9 years. During that time he acquired and rescued a failing corporate store, increasing its turnover by 20% four years running and taking it in to profit for the first time in its history. He started working for Rose Bowl plc in April 2004, taking particular responsibility for the golf and retail businesses and has developed with the business to his current position. |

Stuart Robertson, Commercial Director, began his career on the Graduate Training Programme of the Milk Marketing Board, receiving a classical and thorough introduction to the Marketing sector. After two years he moved from food marketing to sports marketing by joining the Test & County Cricket Board. Stuart stayed at the governing body of cricket (now called the England & Wales Cricket Board) for nine years where he was first responsible for the marketing and commercial development of the recreational side of the game. Stuart progressed to the position of Marketing Manager from which he was responsible for the creation of Twenty20 Cricket. He then spent two and a half years as Head of Marketing at Warwickshire County Cricket Club before joining The Rose Bowl in April 2006. |

Chris Egelstaff, Operations Director, joined The Rose Bowl in June 2007 from Southampton Football Club where he was Stadium Operations Manager for seven years. He joined the Saints in July 2000 to work on the new stadium project and to implement the club’s move to St. Mary’s. During his time at the Saints, Chris was responsible for the operational delivery of all events including football matches and concerts as well as overseeing the day to day running of the stadium. He was also instrumental in the stadium being awarded the coveted UEFA Four Star status. |

Tim Tremlett, Director of Cricket, has held this position at Hampshire Cricket for the last five years. He made his 1st XI debut in 1976 and enjoyed a 15 year playing career until his retirement in 1991, when he took up the position of County Coach. During the winter of 2000/2001, Tim was manager of the England U19 Touring Party to India. He is President of the Hampshire Cricket League and an Executive Member of the Hampshire Cricket Board. |

Derek Bennett MHCIMA, Director of Catering, has 35 years experience in the catering industry which started after a formal hotel management degree course in London. Having completed his training he joined the Royal Air Force as a Catering Officer on a 5-year commission. Leaving in 1977 he joined Ring and Brymer Ltd, London’s premier event and banqueting caterer and ran the VIP government hospitality contract. In 1979 Derek opened a restaurant in Romsey in Hampshire and after two years joined Wise Catering as General Manager. The business developed during the 80’s and, after a management buyout in 1991, he became Managing Director and major shareholder. Wise Catering became Hampshire’s most prestigious outside catering company and was acquired by Rose Bowl plc in 2002. Since this acquisition Derek has remained as Director of Catering with the Group. |
